Megan Anna Rapinoe is famous professional soccer player from the United States. She was born in 1985. She plays in the position of Soccer midfielder. She is currently playing for club Seattle Reign FC in ‘National Women's Soccer League’. She is also a part of the National Soccer team for Women in the US. She has been an Olympics Gold Medalist as well. She had also played for other clubs like Philadelphia Independence, Chicago Red Stars, magic Jack in various tournaments in WPS (Women's Professional Soccer).
Rapinoe started playing from quite an early age. She was initially coached by her father. However, she used to play basketball during the years as senior, sophomore and freshman. Her professional career took off when she was selected for WPS Draft in 2009. Her impeccable performance in 2012 London Olympics helped America to win the Gold medal. She scored an individual three goals in that game. She is known for her crafty playing style.
