According to reports Newcastle’s managing director, Lee Charnley, expects to be making his final decision regarding who will be Newcastle’s new manager by the end of this week. For him to be able to do this, he will have to push things up a bit and as a result he is expected to meet up with Patrick Vieira this week.
Vieira, a former Arsenal midfielder, is currently at the end his contract with the youth side of Premier League club Manchester City and he is yet to receive a contract extension from City under-21s management.
